A member of the National Football League Players Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Brian Overstreet earned a bachelor of science in criminal justice from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. He attended law school at the South Texas College of Law in Houston, where he was a member and president of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. In 1998, Brian Overstreet became president of E. Overstreet Sports Management, a premier firm that guided contract negotiations and player recruitment for athletes in the National Football League.

After 14 years with the firm, Mr. Overstreet joined United Sports Group as president. In this capacity, he represents high-profile and up-and-coming players. Over the course of more than 30 years in sports management, he has worked with seven NFL players drafted in the first round and 30 players drafted in the top three rounds.

A trustee with the Brentwood Baptist Church, Mr. Overstreet enjoys playing golf and reading in his free time.
